Background Check Required
All renters must pass a criminal background check before rental approval. You have two options:
Option 1: Pay for your own check (recommended)
Click the button below — results go directly to us. ($17, processed by LeaseRunner)
Option 2: We'll run it and bill you
If you prefer, we'll order the report and add the cost to your rental invoice.
We review: No felony convictions (past 7 years), no violent or theft-related offenses, no active warrants. Results typically available within 24 hours.
This policy applies to all renters to ensure a safe, consistent process.
